Wellness Art-based Workshops

The aim of these workshop experiences is to use painting and drawing, and mindfulness meditation of the breath, to facilitate a deeper connection with our bodies and minds. This embodied practice helps to create feelings of relaxation, well being and calmness.

 

As an artist and group facilitator in meditation for over fifteen years, this combination of art and meditation becomes a portal for introspection, self discovery and re-connection as we explore our own inner and outer landscapes and the dialogues, conflicts, harmonious melding’s which can occur.

 

The workshop is suitable for anyone from a beginner to an advanced practitioner and includes easy-to-follow instructions in mindful breathing meditation, an introduction to art materials and enjoyable confidence building exercises.
